66.Pivot counter clockwise on the right foot to execute a high hook kick and
a middle turning kick towards D with the left foot. Perform in a consecutive
 motion.

In other words, you start out facing towards your left with your right side
facing forward (face towards 9 o'clock).

Turn towards your left (rotating on your right foot) 3/4 of the way.

Once you are facing forward after turning 3/4 of the way around (moving from
the 9 o'clock position to the 12 o'clock position moving backwards of the
way the hour & minute hand move),
do a high hook kick and a middle turning kick with the left foot
(still standing on your right foot - which you rotated on).

Perform all this in a consecutive motion.

67.Lower the left foot to D forming a right L-stance while executing a
reverse punch with the left hand.

Now, you are facing forward (12 o'clock) with your left foot in the reload
position after doing the middle turning kick.

Lower your left foot forward to form the lead leg of an L-stance. (remember
that a right L-stance has the left foot forward with the right leg back -
the most bent leg determines if it is a left or right L-stance).

Your L-stance should now be facing forward (12 o'clock), left leg forward.

Punch with your left hand. (remember that an reverse punch is the punching
hand opposite of the most bent leg and the obverse punch is one on the same
side as the most bent leg).

I just put up a revised version of this pattern on the 'Net Sunday night.
This move has been corrected in this version.

(copied from the current version on the 'Net)
94.Pivot counter clockwise to B while executing a high front snap kick with
the right foot, then pivot to C executing a high turning kick, then pivot to
A executing a high hook kick. Shout Tae on the front kick, Kwon on the
turning kick and Do on the hook kick. Perform in a consecutive motion
 without lowering the foot.

Hope this information helps. If Mr. Major still has some concerns over the
moves, he may want to speak with his instructor or regional senior for
 cliarification.

Have a good day and greetings to Mr. Major!
 Melissa
