         Hey all,
Sorry I left off my place of training. I train at the Scone Fitness
Centre, 48 Guernsey Street, Scone, NSW, Autralia, 2337. It is the
 headquarters in Australia.
On the 25th August, I am entering in a NAS Tournament. That is a
National All-Styles Tournament. It is a non-contact tournament, that runs
throughout Australia, at most capital cities. I tend to do well in the kata
divisions, but I am not too good at the point sparring. I try, but I tend
to get frustrated too quickly, when decisions that I think are wrong, are
made against me. I won't go into it, but it is a problem I find that I
have. Does anyone else get the same way?
In the two previous tournaments that I have entered, I have won a
second place and a third place in the kata. I don't know how well I will go
this time, because I have to move up a division, to the men's division. Oh
well, I have to go now, being in a boarding school, they tend to not like
to you to miss too much work time. So I'd better go,

                                 Ben Arnot
