Broccoli alla romana

Serves 4, Takes 30 min

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. In a frying pan heat the oil and sauter the garlic for 30 sec.
  2. Lower the heat, add the broccoli, and sauter until the broccoli becomes shiny.
  3. Add the wine, season and cook for 5 more min. Cover and continue to cook until the broccoli is tender.
  4. Drain and transfer to a serving dish.
  5. Just before serving, boil the cooking juice and serve it on the broccoli.
