Broccoli alla romana 
Serves 4, Takes 30 min
Ingredients:
- 1 kg. of broccoli (cut into bouquets)
- 4 tbs. of olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 375 ml. of white wine
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- In a frying pan heat the oil and sauter the garlic for 30 sec.
- Lower the heat, add the broccoli, and sauter until the broccoli becomes
shiny.
- Add the wine, season and cook for 5 more min. Cover and continue to cook
until the broccoli is tender.
- Drain and transfer to a serving dish.
- Just before serving, boil the cooking juice and serve it on the broccoli.
