Origin: While hiking in (choose mountain range), DC was caught by an unusually bitter winter storm. Taking shelter among some strange barrels he found, he thought their bitter warmth meant he would live to see the following morning. He was somewhat mistaken....

Disads:
Cold hearted. Collapses into a puddle if he take body from a heat attack Distinctive looks Nasty rep Voracious seeker of heat.

Quote, "You are warm. I need your heat more than you do tonight, so I will take it!"

His touch encases his victims in ice. Unless they break free, they will freeze to death shortly. That is, unless they suffocate first.

DeathChill is Evil. The gloves are off. Kill him if you can! ;*) Don't worry, he'll come back, if not now, then next winter! Half the fun is rescuing his victims before they freeze to death. He is not a team player, but a powerful Evil personality could force him to cooperate.

Incidently, his will requests that he be buried in a nuclear waste site, so who knows, maybe he'll come back with new and more horrifying powers!!
