This is where you sell a player to the non-league for the non-league value. Note that if your
player has a "Trade Suspension", you must notify me of that fact when you sell him to
the non-league. This doesn't affect the price you get, but unless I remove that trade suspension
before I process the turn, you will not get the player sold to the non-league. Note that a trade
suspension prevents you from transfer listing or trading the player privately. To keep said
restriction in place, I do not remove trade suspensions for conditional sales to the non-league.
