2 February 2000: Revised and added graphs for 4.1 through 4.7. Added several conceptual illustrations. Added guideline for selecting revocation scheme. Incorporated feedback from supervisors. Added short descriptions of OCSP-X and DCS. Developed sloppy broadcast further. Revised Comparison tables. General revision of thesis. Using Queen's University thesis standard format.
21 January 2000: Added graphs for 4.1 through 4.4, added introductory chapter, abstract, conlusion and future work chapter. Also incorporated some of the feedback from Steve.
